CHNC Stock ,China Infrastructure Construction Corp. is a company listed through the OTC Markets Pink tier under the symbol CHNC and announces that in addition to having completed its public audit with a slick finish on the 21st of March 2022, the company’s independent certified public accounting firm, PWR CPA LLP, has completed its audit of the financial statements of the company for the initial three quarters of its fiscal year which ended on May 31st 2022. This is a crucial stage in the timely finalization of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year that to be concluded and also in the preparation for the transition of the company’s corporate name to Cannabis Bioscience International Holdings, Inc. that it will complete in the near future, once it is in compliance with regulations.
A new brand name would allow the Company to distinguish itself from the activities it undertakes which includes cannabis-related education, research, clinical studies , and scientific research applied to the health of individuals.
CHNC is in the process of moving forward with greater transparency and trust to the public in the wake of having audited financial statements. CHNC believes that this will allow it to increase its partnerships, get greater access to finance and profit from opportunities in business.
