Chris Hemsworth will be returning to our screens as Thor in Love, Thunder. But he has other projects. We’re looking forward to the Hulk Hogan movie. Hemsworth plays the legendary wrestler, actor, and reality TV star. Todd Phillips is directing.
It looks like this one is a long way off. Hemsworth recently acknowledged that the film hasn’t actually started production.
ComicBook.com asked the actor about the film and if he had ripped off any shirts in preparation. He replied: “That film’s still a while away. It’s still in development, you know. If it comes to fruition, that’s great. Todd Phillips is brilliant. Although I haven’t yet ripped any shirts, you’ll be the first one to know when I do.
Hemsworth is currently in promotion of his fourth solo Thor movie. This has invariably led to him thinking back about his past movies in the role including the controversial second entry in this franchise, the Dark World.
He said, “I wasn’t thrilled with what I’d done in . “I was disappointed with what I had done. I don’t believe I grew the character.” I didn’t believe I had shown my audience anything unexpected or different.
“And when Ragnarok was created, it was out of my own frustration about what I’d done. This is not on any director or anyone else, this was my performance. I wanted to break the mold.”
