Faye Winter, a former Love Island contestant, has criticised the 2022 cast who entered the villa under the existing management. Faye was featured in 2021 series of ITV2’s reality dating show. She placed third with her partner Teddy Soares. She is still together today.
Reality star, who is concerned about the amount of contestants coming to the villa in the hope of finding fame and love, has now taken action.
Faye said, “Some people already went in there with management.” They are already making deals. They know exactly what they are doing.
“I went there with 1,000 followers. I took a sabbatical work and was like, ‘I’m returning’. Then I was in there for eight more weeks.
Faye spoke out about her hesitation to work with fast fashion firms after the show as many contestants do. Faye is now a Campaign Star for Guide Dogs UK. This charity was something she previously volunteered for prior to entering the villa.
She continued, “I came out, and I was very much, ‘I don’t want to do quick fashion’.” That’s not me. Many people told me that they didn’t know what to do. Because I want to own property. I want to do dogs. That’s what I have done in the past. faye love island
Faye spoke out about her relationship to Teddy later, saying that she came out with exactly the same goals as when she went in. It’s strange because people always tell me that, “Oh my God, Teddy” and it’s true. We were completely different parts of the UK when we entered there and would never have met.
“So, we must give Love Island everything and everyone thanks.”
Love Island is a programme that airs on ITV2 and can be viewed via ITV Hub or Britbox.
