Director of production, Maril Davis announced the news channel Digital Spy in an exclusive interview that Outlander Season 7 filming has begun on May 20, 2022. Davis did not provide an exact date for release and said they were working in “a reasonable schedule” and that the season will have to be “supersized.”
The seventh season of Outlander would have double the amount of episodes as the sixth season. Balfe revealed it was expected that Season 7 filming would take 13 months, which pushes the date of its premiere to at least 2023. Balfe made this statement in an interview with Season 6.
It is possible that we will start seeing episodes later. The first time we can expect to see the show is 2023. When we do we’ll provide more details.

It’s unfortunate that there’s been no new episodes of season seven up to the present. A new Outlander trailer is made available whenever Starz (in the US) or Starzplay (in the UK) would like to announce the date for the release.
It’s unlikely that we’ll get a trailer until the end of 2022. It’s scheduled to be released until the beginning of the next year.
